An Accomplished Bagpiper
Ed has been playing the bagpipes for over 30 years. He learned as a child and has performed and competed with several pipe bands, including Nottinghamshire Police and Manchester Phoenix.
Ed has entertained audiences at countless weddings, parties, funerals, Burns Suppers, Hogmanay events, and various international occasions in Germany, Croatia, Slovenia, and Spain. He has appeared on TV, been interviewed for radio shows, and featured in adverts. In 2020, Ed had the honor of performing at Sir Alex Ferguson’s 80th Birthday celebration in Manchester.
In addition to his performances, Ed possesses many years of experience teaching the bagpipes. He was employed at the Army Foundation College in Harrogate for over eight years, teaching classes to 16-18-year-old cadets.
Ed is available for any event including weddings, parties, funerals, Burns Suppers, corporate and charity events, and is always happy to consider international enquiries.
